The Issue :
Distinguish promising trends from opportunistic innovations, to identify concrete levers for improvement.
The promotion of projects is limited for confidentiality reasons.
Discovery
Faced with the rise of artificial intelligence, Clariane wanted to better understand its potential impact on the care sector : quality of care, coordination, prevention, HR, and operational efficiency.
Each week, the Clariane teams received a structured summary : key articles, studies, innovations, weak signals and recommendations.
Define
The project relies on a combination of artificial intelligence and human expertise. Each monitoring is based on automated data collection, an editorial analysis and a weekly summary sent to the teams.
This approach made it possible to identify structuring trends, identify emerging actors and provide a clear understanding of technological issues.
The Results :
Continuous strategic monitoring, directly useful for decision-making and the improvement of field practices.
Design
The research, carried out using detection and analysis AI tools, was then verified and enriched by the studio’s teams, ensuring rigor, reliability, and business relevance.
Our final goal was to feed the group’s strategy with a reliable, contextualized and action-oriented monitoring, at the service of performance and meaning.

Delivery
This regular work has allowed Clariane to anticipate changes in the sector, while spreading a culture of monitoring and responsible innovation within its teams.
